FedEx Express México in Querétaro seeks an Invocing Agent to handle front-line office tasks and billing-related duties. The role focuses on data entry, invoicing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate customer billing and timely despatch of documents.

The candidate should have a high school degree (two years of college preferred in Accounting/Business) and experience in billing or accounts receivable, with excellent customer service and English proficiency.

Formación

• Proven customer service experience in a service environment.
• Clear and articulate speaking voice in English.
• Typing speed around 35 WPM with basic CRT data entry.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Researches, resolves and answers customer inquiries on service failures and billing problems.
• Issues credits/debits to customer accounts as warranted.
• Maintains updated records of invoice registers, duties and taxes, airway bills and files.
• Ensures accurate, 100% daily billing in internal systems.
• Generates reports for billing and collections as needed.
