FedEx is seeking a customer service and sales-focused professional to support frontline operations and administrative tasks, including data entry, ramp and dispatch coordination, and local customer service in a Mexico location. The role requires English proficiency, two years in customer service with a sales focus, and cash handling knowledge.

Formación

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years experience in customer service focus on sales.
• Knowledge in the management of cash and other values.
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse with a good knowledge of the operation and the requirements of its key customers.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and sell FedEx products to achieve sales objectives.
• Over-the-counter and phone customer service and clerical duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Check packages for proper labeling, weight/size, insurance values, and customs documentation.
• Support branch profitability by optimizing resources and assisting with budgeting.
• Open/close the branch and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Identify new customers and sales leads and provide suitable services and solutions.
