Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and teams.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods and handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks based on style and trends.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Ensure returns are restocked to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain brand standards for a neat, clean, and organized store floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Execute efficient handling of merchandise from shipments to floorsets and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
