Soho House & Co is seeking a Cecconi's General Manager in Mexico to lead all aspects of the Cecconi's restaurant. You will ensure operational efficiency, elevate member/guest experiences, manage staff retention, and partner with executives to drive profitability and brand excellence.

The role requires a seasoned leader with deep F&B experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality. You will collaborate across departments to create unforgettable moments for members and guests.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years managing high-volume F&B or multi-unit operations.
• Understand, maintain, and enforce food safety, risk prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Interview hires and support team growth, development and success planning.
• Monitor service trends and develop actions to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Experience managing F&B operations focused on service and top quality experiences.
• Strong business acumen, results-driven, with guest satisfaction as a priority.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships; highly organized and detail oriented.

• Provide weekly/daily business reports to drive operational improvements and profit optimization.
• Adhere to company policies for safety and compliance, ensuring a safe space for members and staff.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to drive sales and staff/member retention.
• Oversee regional initiatives and events to ensure profitable experiences for members and staff.
• Guide policy decisions and systems to improve operations, service and retention.
• Lead annual marketing plans and cross-functional partnerships.
