Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and operations experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and profitability.
• Develop guest satisfaction strategies, monitor feedback, and drive continuous improvements to elevate guest experience.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the F&B department, controlling costs for food, beverage, and labor.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional F&B quality, service, and marketing alignment to revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Educación
