Soho House & Co in Baja California Sur is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager, elevate service standards, and oversee daily operations across F&B, guest experience, and staff performance.

As a confident leader you will drive profitability, align with health and safety policies, mentor teams, and act as the brand ambassador. The role requires collaborative leadership and strategic planning to deliver unforgettable moments for members and guests.

Formación

• 7–10+ years managing high-volume F&B and operations across Front Office, Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Reservations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic business partner and leader, communicating with stakeholders to deliver profitable, elevated guest experiences.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set operational goals from weekly to quarterly performance reviews.
• Execute action plans on time and budget to improve profits and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety, allergy procedures and local compliance ensuring a safe space for members and staff.
• Partner with Head Office functions to drive processes and opportunities across departments.
• Provide guidance and implement policies to improve operations and retention of staff and members.
• Support annual marketing plans and cross-department collaboration.
