Job summary

Marriott International seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations across its Mexico portfolio, including premier urban and resort destinations. The GM will uphold brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and top-tier financial performance.

You will lead brand initiatives, collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing, manage P&L, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance with Marriott QA and labor standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hotel management experience at GM level.
• Deep familiarity with Marriott platforms and frameworks (Opera/FSPMS, Bonvoy, GSS metrics).
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in top Mexican markets (CDMX, MTY, GDL, Cancún/Riviera Maya, Los Cabos).
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Revenue Strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Marriott brand execution, service culture, and audits.
• Partner with Market Sales and RM to drive RevPAR, market share, and premium channel mix.
• Drive Marriott Bonvoy loyalty through enrollment, elite recognition, and GSS scores.
• Foster Marriott values and engage workforce while ensuring labor standards.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and CapEx planning in coordination with ownership and corporate leadership.
