Syntax seeks a Resource Specialist to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination across teams and projects. You will manage staffing needs, track resource utilization, and collaborate with managers to ensure the right talent is assigned to initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in resource management and strong Excel skills. The role involves coordinating with global teams, improving dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in resource management, staffing coordination, operations, or workforce planning.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with resource management, HR, or project tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resource allocation across projects, departments, or client engagements.
• Monitor resource availability, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate resource tracking reports and dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and workforce coordination activities.
• Identify resource gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
• Support workforce forecasting and planning initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within resource management systems and tools.
• Communicate staffing updates and project assignments to stakeholders.
• Help optimize operational efficiency and resource productivity.
