International SOS is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to align staff capacity with 24/7 service demands across Mexico City, Philadelphia, and Singapore. You will develop detailed rosters, monitor budget adherence, and partner with senior leaders to optimize resource allocation.

This role requires strong Excel and data-analytics skills, experience in scheduling and forecasting, and the ability to operate across time zones in a follow-the-sun environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills with CRM experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support detailed workforce schedules to optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain rostering processes for Mexico City and Philadelphia teams.
• Create rotation plans and balance workload across centers.
• Forecast future resourcing models and cross-border dependencies.
• Generate daily operation reports and client-specific analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce costs.
