Syntax is seeking a Resource Specialist to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination across teams and projects. The role focuses on managing staffing needs, tracking utilization, and ensuring the right talent is assigned to initiatives.

You will collaborate with managers and recruiters to fulfill staffing requirements, maintain dashboards, and help forecast capacity while upholding data accuracy across systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in resource management or workforce planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resource allocation across projects, departments, or client engagements.
• Monitor resource availability, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate resource tracking reports and dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and workforce coordination activities.
• Identify resource gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
• Support workforce forecasting and planning initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within resource management systems and tools.
• Communicate staffing updates and project assignments to stakeholders.
• Help optimize operational efficiency and resource productivity.
