Syntax seeks a Resource Specialist to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination across teams and projects. You will manage staffing needs, track resource utilization, and partner with managers to assign talent to initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years in resource management or workforce planning. Proficiency with Excel and resource management tools is essential, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Coordinate resource allocation across projects, departments, or client engagements.
• Monitor resource availability, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate resource tracking reports and dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and workforce coordination activities.
• Identify resource gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
• Support workforce forecasting and planning initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within resource management systems and tools.
• Communicate staffing updates and project assignments to stakeholders.
• Help optimize operational efficiency and resource productivity.
