Fortrea is seeking a coordinated Resource Management Specialist to handle centralized email routing for resource requests, manage weekly allocation uploads, and publish reports from the Resource Management Tool to SharePoint. The role supports line managers and project teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Formación

• University degree or certification in healthcare/resource management.
• Alternatively, 4–5 years of relevant clinical research/resource management experience in pharma/CRO.
• Good understanding of the clinical trial process.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Resource Management Mailbox and route emails to appropriate recipients.
• Execute weekly Allocation Upload Process, 50–75 Excel files by Friday using a Macro Tool.
• Publish weekly reports from the Resource Management Tool to SharePoint, with mild data manipulation.
• Load BRP into the Resource Management Tool as work is awarded and format Excel data for macro loading.
• Identify process improvements and work with the Manager to streamline efficiency.
• Perform other duties as needed.
