One&Only Mandarina, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations team and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. You will coordinate agents, manage rates, and align with other departments to deliver seamless experiences for guests at Riviera Nayarit.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related hospitality field with at least 2 years in a similar role, and proficiency in Opera.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Administration or hospitality field.
• At least 2 years in a similar reservations role.
• Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel systems.
• Knowledge of distribution channels and sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the daily operations of the reservations agents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, rates, seasons, and policies.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient reservations and guest services.
• Oversee reservations communications and telephone etiquette.
• Train and communicate policies to reservations staff.
• Manage confirmed reservations and report to executives.
• Address and follow up on guest complaints related to reservations.
