Kerzner International is seeking a Front Desk Manager for One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit. You will coordinate daily operations, lead the front desk team, and ensure exceptional guest service, including check-in procedures and handling guest requests with professionalism.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management, 5+ years in hospitality, and excellent English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality or guest services
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure proper functioning within the departments.
• Review the logbook to delegate tasks.
• Lead the department’s daily line-up meeting.
• Coordinate and ensure proper check-in procedures and guest information.
• Address guest complaints and provide prompt solutions.
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth shift handover.
