One&Only Resorts is seeking a Manager Reservations to oversee the daily operations of the Reservations department, including hiring, training, administration and disciplinary processes, ensuring high standards for Guest Satisfaction. The role requires leadership, strong communications, and proficiency with Opera or similar systems, along with knowledge of distribution channels and sales skills.

Formación

Bachelor studies in Administration or related to hospitality.
2+ years’ experience in same position or a managerial role in reservations.
Proficiency with Opera or similar reservations system.
Knowledge of sales tactics and distribution channels (GDS, OTA, groups) and the Leading Hotels of the World.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate operational and administrative activities of the reservations agents.
Understand the resort's services, accommodations, rates and seasons.
Maintain the reservations policy and procedures.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient reservations and guest experiences.
Oversee communications and follow up on future reservations and guest inquiries.
