Kerzner International is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager for One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit. You will oversee guest service excellence, staff training, and daily F&B operations to deliver unforgettable experiences.

You will lead a team, ensure menu knowledge, coordinate with chefs, and maintain high standards of service across the restaurant and pool areas, while driving budget goals and staff development.

Formación

• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Fluent or advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff weekly on product knowledge and technical skills.
• Develop subordinates into capable F&B professionals and leaders.
• Ensure every guest’s satisfaction in your assigned area during service.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure the service team has all supplies for smooth operation.
• Know daily specials and wines; oversee menu knowledge.
• Lead weekly meetings with Restaurant Team Leaders and departments.
• Conduct daily pre-service briefings and maintain clear communication.
• Participate in daily F&B management meetings and align with leadership.
• Collaborate with servers and culinary colleagues to satisfy guests.
• Punctual attendance and proactive guest service oversight.
• Keep the F&B Director informed of important situations.
• Be available during service hours; manage guest details and incidents.
• Oversee communications within all F&B areas.
• Perform audits and spot-checks regularly.
• Prepare letters and memos as required.
• Schedule control for restaurant teams; supervise menu changes via Micros.
• Ensure top-quality service across restaurant and pool areas.
• Organize monthly inventories; support deep-cleaning activities.
• Assist in achieving F&B and resort budget targets.
• Support in purchasing and staffing aligned with budgets.
• Assist in organizing special events and projects.
