One&Only Mandarina is seeking a Credit Clerk to organize supporting documentation for accounts receivable, generate invoices for travel agencies, and assist daily in the resort's Credit Department.

You will manage commission payments, reconcile Opera transactions, maintain credit card vouchers, and support finance colleagues across the resort with accurate, confidential handling of guest and associate information.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel accounting within luxury properties.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Organize supporting documentation for accounts receivable and generate invoices for travel agencies.
• Assist daily activities of the Credit Department and monitor commission payments.
• Reconcile Opera transactions against bank records and manage credit card vouchers.
• Maintain banking terminal records and support finance colleagues with data accuracy.
• Record journal entries in iScala and ensure documentation is complete and secure.
