Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field required.
• 7+ years in warehouse operations with leadership experience.
• Experience with remote oversight and strong data skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote warehouse operations across facilities.
• Optimize layout, workflow, and inventory management.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, costs.
• Lead and develop remote supervisors and teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and budget control.
• Implement WMS/ERP tech and drive continuous improvement.
