Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, replenishment, picking, and internal movements. You will lead warehouse personnel, drive safety, and support continuous improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, ERP/MRP knowledge, and strong analytical skills. English proficiency and ISO/Lean Six Sigma exposure are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc., or equivalent, verifiable.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience managing receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse personnel.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar process improvement is a plus.
• Basic-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, and inventory movements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor workflow and allocate personnel to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee warehouse activities across locations or zones as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Inspect and report EPP usage, safety regulations, and trainings for equipment operation.
