The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehouse operations leadership, strong WMS/ERP skills, and proven ability to manage remote teams while optimizing supply chain performance from a distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams in warehouse settings.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations remotely across multiple facilities or networks.
• Develop strategies to optimize layout, workflows, and inventory control.
• Monitor KPIs like productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping and costs.
• Lead remote supervisors and teams to sustain high performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Manage budgets and control warehouse expenses for the network.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and transportation for end-to-end operations.
• Leverage WMS and technology to boost efficiency and resolve issues.
