• Supervisar las operaciones diarias de los almacenes asociados, garantizando la eficiencia en la recepción, almacenamiento y expedici f3n de mercanc edas.
• Establecer y monitorear KPIs de rendimiento para cada almac e9n, identificando e1reas de mejora.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente en todas las instalaciones.
• Gestionar la comunicaci f3n efectiva con los gerentes de almac e9n y sus equipos, proporcionando directrices y soporte.
• Resolver incidencias operativas y log edsticas de manera r e1pida y eficiente.
• Colaborar en la implementaci f3n de mejores pr e1cticas y nuevas tecnologias en la gesti f3n de almacenes.
• Realizar auditor edas virtuales peri f3dicas para verificar el cumplimiento de procesos y est e1ndares.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua orientados a la optimizaci f3n del espacio, la reducci f3n de mermas y el aumento de la productividad.

Requirements

• T edtulo universitario en Log edstica, Administ raci f3n de Empresas, Ingenier eda Industrial o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia m ednima de 3 a f1os en supervisi f3n o gesti f3n de operaciones de almac e9n.
• Conocimiento m f3lico de principios de gesti f3n de inventarios, layout de almac e9n y procesos de recepci f3n/expedici f3n.
• Experiencia en el uso de Sistemas de Gesti f3n de Almacenes (WMS).
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicaci f3n y resoluci f3n de conflictos.
• Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma aut f3noma, gestionar m faltiples tareas y cumplir plazos en un entorno remoto.
• Competencia en el uso de herramientas de oficina, especialmente Excel.
• Se valorar e1 experiencia en auditor edas de almac e9n y mejora de procesos.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
