Placements24 is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will manage daily logistics, coordinate with carriers, oversee inventory, and ensure on-time deliveries while optimizing our warehouse and transport operations.

You will leverage WMS/TMS systems, work with cross-functional teams, and report KPIs to improve efficiency in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control and transportation management.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers to meet service levels.
• Monitor shipments and address delays to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in implementing logistics software and processes.
• Generate reports on logistics KPIs.
