Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build an elite, fast moving team. You own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This role targets sourcing across Latin America and beyond with a focus on delivering a smooth candidate experience and data-driven decision making. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout in a remote environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in tech, digital or creative agencies.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates across multiple regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder partnership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle of recruitment from intake to offer.
• Source talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience and maintain a data-driven ATS.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
