Formación

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong headhunting skills in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements.
• Filter and evaluate candidates based on tests and interviews.
• Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
• Define and manage talent sourcing strategy focusing on LinkedIn and other tools.
