Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for our US-based roles. This position sources candidates, manages the recruitment pipeline, coordinates interviews, and ensures a positive candidate experience across multiple departments.

You will work in a remote setting, leveraging ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels to attract top talent, while maintaining compliance with US hiring processes and best

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in US recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including postings, ATS, interviews, and communications.
• Coordinate initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipelines in ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs across departments.
• Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment docs, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress, pipeline, and sourcing effectiveness.
