atomicHR is hiring for a remote, part-time lead generation role targeting marketing and creative roles across Latin America. You will research roles, craft personalized outreach, post jobs, and screen applicants.

No recruiting background required; mentoring is available and you’ll use a dedicated sourcing platform with AI to scale your efforts. Great written English, curiosity, and hands-on tool usage help you excel.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Research each role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels
• Write and test outreach messages to improve reply rates
• Post and promote roles to reach the right audiences
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to
• Keep candidate pipelines organized and maintain follow-ups
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume efficiently
• Track results and adjust strategies based on data
