Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Recruiter to help build an elite, fast-moving team. You own the hiring process from intake to offer, partnering with our leadership across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, while ensuring every candidate experiences the Blacksmith standard—warm, respectful, and data-driven throughout the ATS.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in tech/digital/creative contexts.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM, SA, and beyond.
• Keep candidates informed with a warm, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and update hiring managers.
