AtomicHR is building a fully remote lead-generation team across Latin America. The role targets marketing and creative professionals, focusing on outreach that elicits replies from potential candidates. Training is provided, and mentorship is offered while you learn the talent side of hiring.

You will research roles, craft personalized messages, post openings, and manage a growing pipeline. Prior experience in recruiting is not required as you develop the skills with real tools and data-driven

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines, and improve reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to scale while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust approach based on data.
