atomicHR is seeking a proactive lead-generation specialist to identify and engage potential candidates across marketing and creative roles. You'll craft personalized outreach, test messages, and post roles so the right people see them.

No recruiting experience required; you'll be mentored while you learn the talent side and use AI tools to move fast. This remote, Latin America–based role is part-time, 20–30 hours weekly, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and adapt across roles.
• Strong written English, clear and human-like outreach.
• Proactive and resourceful with new tools and no script.
• Organized with a clean pipeline and follow-through.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Comfort with basic metrics and testing ideas.

Responsabilités

• Research each role to identify the ideal candidate.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right audience.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for next steps.
• Keep pipelines organized; follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle volume without losing a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
