You will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through the hiring process. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recruiting experience and the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle or 360 recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for various roles including technical and creative.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring searches simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client searches from intake to placement.
• Source and assess candidates across multiple channels.
