eJam, Inc. is seeking an Independent Contractor Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for multiple brands. You will manage 10–15 searches, source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and design multi-step outreach campaigns to attract top candidates.

You'll run initial interviews, coordinate scheduling, and deliver offers while managing budgets and reporting weekly to the People Operations Manager. This is 100% remote in Latin America.

Formación

• 3–5 years full-cycle recruiting, owning roles from kickoff to signed offer.
• Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company, ideally in marketing/advertising/eCommerce.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken; daily live video calls with US candidates.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable experience; ability to manage multiple searches.

Responsabilidades

• Fill the roles across departments and brands.
• Manage 10–15 active searches at a time.
• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter and build reusable talent pools.
• Design multi-step outbound campaigns and InMail cadences.
• Run first-round interviews and be the voice candidates associate with eJam.
• Coordinate scheduling, feedback, and communications through all stages.
• Prepare offers and hand off to onboarding.
• Handle confidential and leadership searches with discretion.
• Own recruitment spend across channels and report weekly.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability.
