Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote/hybrid.
• Proven experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and analytics to track progress and optimize hiring.
