Formación

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in remote or hybrid environments.
• Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize recruitment efforts.
