The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage recruitment technologies and data analytics to optimize efforts.
