Eaton Corporation seeks a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, building strong pipelines from your home office.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging sourcing tools and analytics to optimize the process.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote.
• Experience using sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity remotely.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
