Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team, supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes remote-first work, strong sourcing strategies, and a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, remote or hybrid setting preferred.
• Experience using sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws; degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from sourcing to offers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize efforts.
