Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in remote or hybrid settings.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates across multiple departments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize efforts.
