Novartis is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

With 6+ years in talent acquisition and 2+ years in leadership, you will drive candidate experience, stakeholder relationships, and data-driven process improvements in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
