The Gund Company is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor a cohort of recruiters from your home office.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers across industries, and leverage data to optimize talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience in remote or distributed team environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from definition to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Leverage data analytics to track metrics and optimize processes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
