Job summary

H&M in a fast-growing, remote-first environment seeks a Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to design and drive talent strategies, mentor recruiters, and align hiring with business goals across all functions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build a robust pipeline, partner with senior leaders, implement ATS/HRIS tools, track metrics, and champion DEI and employer branding in a scalable, global startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in talent acquisition with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytics; translate business goals into talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and refine recruitment processes, policies, and best practices for a remote workforce.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all open positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive hiring success.
• Select, implement, and manage recruitment technologies and tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Mentor and guide other members of the HR team (as the team grows) on recruitment best practices.
