Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Proven track record in building/scaling teams in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from profiling to offers.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders for workforce planning.
• Use data to track recruitment metrics and report on effectiveness.
• Champion employer branding to attract top talent.
