Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 in a management/leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving excellence and accountability.
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance.
