Xideral is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic recruitment for clients via a fully remote setup across Mexico. You will lead end-to-end hiring, mentor recruiters, and shape innovative talent strategies from your home office.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 2 years in leadership, plus strong ATS/tools experience and a proven remote-team track record. Competitive salary and development opportunities await.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing recruitment processes in a remote or distributed team.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Leverage data analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
