Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win US-based business, selling software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle and build trusted relationships with senior tech leaders.

You will prospect, discover client needs, present tailored proposals, and close deals while collaborating with delivery and leadership to ensure client success. Remote, fast-growing environment offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.
• Consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients via outbound, networking, referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand prospects' challenges.
• Build tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with delivery teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders) to build trust.
• Forecast revenue and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs.
