Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring for a Coordinator role, remote across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own planning, sales, execution, growth, and customer experience for fast-growing sports programs, with evenings/weekends in Eastern time alignment.

Base pay USD 1,000–1,500 per month, plus potential USD 1,000+ per month in performance bonuses. The role emphasizes personal accountability, ownership, and advancement toward Manager responsibilities within six months.

Qualifications

• Fluent English spoken and written is required.
• Experience coordinating sports leagues or programs.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills with budget/timeline awareness.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, and staffing.
• Follow up with players and teams to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Build partnerships and campaigns to widen programs and locations.
• Own player communications and resolve complaints.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention.
