Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run leagues and programs with personal accountability. The role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time used as reference; you will own the process from planning through execution and growth.

You will plan budgets, schedule venues, follow up with players and captains, coordinate staff and equipment, and seek partnerships to fill programs.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
• Follow up with players and captains to convert enquiries to registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment.
• Ensure readiness before games and resolve issues during delivery.
• Build partnerships and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
