Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a results-driven Coordinator to build and run sports programs with the urgency, resourcefulness and accountability of a founder. This remote role welcomes applicants from Latin America and the Caribbean, working mainly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

You will own planning, sales, execution, growth and customer experience, tracking registrations, revenue and occupancy while pursuing ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
• Practical experience with sports leagues, clubs, or program operations.
• Strong organization and numerical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets and timelines, coordinate venues and permits.
• Follow up with players and captains to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
• Identify growth opportunities and build partnerships.
