Job summary

Nearshore Business Solutions seeks a Solutions Engineer to support technical pre-sales, enterprise software evaluations, and migration planning. The role delivers demonstrations, designs implementation strategies, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption.

You will drive technical discovery, tailor sandbox environments, and translate complex capabilities into clear business value for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture.
• Proven ability to demo complex software products.
• Strong communication and storytelling to tie tech to business value.
• Experience guiding enterprise migrations and platform evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for prospects evaluating or migrating platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions, deliver customized product demonstrations, and build sandbox environments.
• Design migration approaches aligned with customer infrastructure and objectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth migrations and adoption.
• Configure solutions and perform minor technical changes for implementations.
• Create technical documentation, guides, and customer-facing resources.
