Job summary

Scalepex is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for diverse clients. You will work on incidents, problems, changes, knowledge, and the service catalog while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities include integration with REST/SOAP APIs, workflow automation, testing, deployment, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.
• Test and deploy configurations; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
