Job summary

ConsultNet, a premier technology services firm, is seeking an ITSM Developer nearshore to join a long-term project. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery.

You will implement integrations with external systems using APIs and web services, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and design modules such as Incident, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM.
• API integrations experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Key Respnsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation.
• Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, etc
• Collaborate with other cross‐functional teams to gather, analyse, and refine business and ITSM process requirements.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, MIM, CMDB, CSDM, Change, Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request and Service Catalog.
• Perform platform administration activities including user management, access control (ACLs), roles, groups, and Service Portal configurations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user‐training materials.
• Develop and execute unit tests, regression tests, and QA checks to ensure functional reliability.
• Apply ITIL and ITSM best‐practice frameworks to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with Enterprise and organisational standards.
